Try taking a moment in your day to give thanks for what you DO have. You’d be surprised how much comes to you.

It’s hard to stay caught up in that argument with a friend or that difficult situation at work when you’re busy thinking about how good you’ve got it.

Not only could it turn your day around, it can have a big impact on your health too! Thank goodness!
